InkJet prints are commonly known as Giclees. They are printed as a series. One of 50, or one of a hundred etc.

Older types of prints (engraved and etched metal, silkscreen and offset lithography ) were printed as single runs or series. The lowest numbers of the series were the best quality and the most in demand.  Giclees are printed digitally and all the prints are the same quality with no priority and no price adjustment.
 
Mr. Rouse is personally involved in the Giclee process from monitoring color specifications to printing.
